5. Personal data protection (DPA)

Jonx Suisse Sàrl processes your personal data in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA, SR 235.1), in force since September 1, 2023.

We collect only the data required to process your orders and for commercial communication: surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number (optional). This information is never sold to third parties.

Subcontractors:
Your data may be transmitted to our technical service providers (Stripe for payment, Swiss Post for delivery, Infomaniak for hosting) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Retention period:
Order data is kept for 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting regulations (CO art. 958f). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights:
In accordance with the DPA, you have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.

Cookies:
The site uses functional cookies (shopping cart, session) and analyticalcookies (Google Analytics). You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner displayed on your first visit.

In the event of a personal data breach, La Jonx undertakes to notify the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) within the legal deadlines.

6. Payment security

All transactions carried out on www.la-jonx.ch are secured by SSL/TLS (HTTPS). Bank details never pass through our servers: they are processed directly by Stripe, certified PCI-DSS level 1, the highest security standard for online payments.

La Jonx does not store any of its customers’ bank details.

The www.la-jonx.ch website may contain links to third-party sites. La Jonx has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or privacy policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the site or transactions carried out.

In the event of any dispute relating to an order, we invite you to contact us in the first instance at [email protected] in order to find an amicable solution. If this fails, you can also have recourse to a consumer mediation procedure recognized in Switzerland.
