Your items are carefully prepared and delivered to Swiss Post at the beginning and end of the week. Order by Sunday or Wednesday evening to be in the next batch.
70x100cm formats
70×100 cm posters are printed on demand – please allow an extra 2-4 days for this format, to guarantee impeccable print quality.
International
We ship worldwide through our partner. Overseas orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 days, depending on the destination.

Contact us within 15 days of receipt
Send us an email to [email protected] with a few photos and the reason for your return.
Exchange or refund
Once the product has been returned to our workshop, we will refund or exchange the products according to your choice.

What are the conditions for returns?
There’s nothing wrong with changing your mind!⚡
On the other hand, we ask our customers to return unopened, undamaged items, and to cover the cost of returning them to our workshop at La Jonx Suisse Sarl, Rue des Rois 17, 1204 Geneva. We’re a small company and can’t take care of everything.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged on delivery?
Contact us immediately with photos of the package and the product. We’ll organize the return and send you a new product at our expense. Zero stress for you.
My parcel has not arrived / has been lost in the post
If your order is not delivered within 30 days (Switzerland) or 60 days (international), we offer you either a full refund or a new shipment – the choice is yours!
I made a mistake in the address, what should I do?
Aïe aïe! If you notice this directly, send us an email and try to call us, so we can update the order to ensure it arrives safely.
If, unfortunately, the parcel has already been dispatched, you will be charged for return postage and handling (CHF 14.- in total for re-shipment).

All our operations are carried out in our small workshop located in the heart of Geneva, at rue des Rois 17, 1204 Geneva.
We also have a showroom boutique where you can pick up your order free of charge, so don’t forget to make an appointment!
