Your data may be transmitted to our technical service providers (Stripe for payment, Swiss Post for delivery and Infomaniak for hosting) strictly for the performance of your order.
Retention period:
Payment data relating to orders is retained for 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting obligations (CO Art. 958f). Marketing data is retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe from our services.
Your rights:
In accordance with the FADP, you have rights including access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

La Jonx does not retain customers’ bank details at any time.
