There’s nothing wrong with changing your mind!⚡
On the other hand, we ask our customers to return unopened, undamaged items, and to cover the cost of returning them to our workshop at La Jonx Suisse Sarl, Rue des Rois 17, 1204 Geneva. We’re a small company and can’t take care of everything.
Contact us immediately with photos of the package and the product. We’ll organize the return and send you a new product at our expense. Zero stress for you.
If your order is not delivered within 30 days (Switzerland) or 60 days (international), we offer you either a full refund or a new shipment – the choice is yours!
Aïe aïe! If you notice this directly, send us an email and try to call us, so we can update the order to ensure it arrives safely.
If, unfortunately, the parcel has already been dispatched, you will be charged for the return postage (CHF 14.- in total for re-shipment).

All our operations are carried out in our small workshop located in the heart of Geneva, at rue des Rois 17, 1204 Geneva.
We also have a showroom boutique where you can pick up your order free of charge, so don’t forget to make an appointment!
