Products are packed and dispatched within a week (1-5 days) of your order, and sent nationally (Switzerland) with Swiss Post (usual delivery time of 1-2 working days). If you need a faster shipping time (for a birthday, etc.), no problem, we invite you to contact us directly ([email protected]) so that we can ship it to you more quickly.

In case of delay in shipping, an email may be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated. The delivery times indicated on the site are given on the basis of the times usually noted. In the event of force majeure, delays may be incurred. The Jonx is not responsible for these delays beyond its control.

In the event of an untraceable parcel, the parcel’s tracking number is proof that the transaction has been completed. La Jonx cannot be held responsible for any delays. The customer must file a complaint with the Swiss Post Office, and a search request with the postal service. La Jonx reserves the right to accept or reject a second shipment if the parcel is not found.

La Jonx will offer a refund or reship your order if it is not delivered within 30 days in Switzerland, and 60 days internationally, from the order date.

Swiss Post must be informed by the customer of the loss of the package before requesting a new shipment of the order or a refund.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs CHF 4 in Switzerland, and only CHF 6 worldwide.
Free delivery from CHF 70!

In the event of the customer’s absence or if an incorrect address is entered, resulting in the parcel being returned to our workshops, the customer will be responsible for the cost of resending the parcel (CHF 14).

This charge is solely due to the cost of returning the parcel to the post office (6.5CHF), which we have to cover, and the cost of re-shipping the parcel (6.5CHF), and the cost of payment (around 1CHF).

When ordering from abroad, any customs duties are not covered by La Jonx and must be paid by the customer.

Returns

As the products are fragile and cannot be repacked, we do not accept returns from customers who “change their mind”. If a product is damaged on delivery, we will reship the same model to the customer once it has been returned to us, subject to our acceptance of the request. A pre-paid return label will be provided to the customer to return the damaged products to us within 48 hours of their claim.

Any claim for a return must first be addressed to [email protected] and validated by La Jonx.

If the return is accepted, the new product will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of the returned product, the delivery time will be 1 to 2 working days as indicated by Swiss Post.
