Products are packed and shipped within a week (1-5 days) following your order, and sent nationally (Switzerland) with Swiss Post (shipping time 1-2 business days). If you need a faster shipping time (for a birthday, etc), we invite you to contact us directly ([email protected]) so we can find a way to ship it faster.
In case of delay in shipping, an email may be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated. The delivery times indicated on the site are given on the basis of the times usually noted. In case of force majeure (notably the COVID-19 crisis this year) delays may be incurred. The Jonx is not responsible for these delays beyond its control.
Jonx guarantees a refund or reshipment of your order if it is not delivered within 60 days of the order date. Swiss Post must be informed by the customer of the loss of the package before requesting a new shipment of the order or a refund.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Normal shipping costs CHF 8.5, and all packages are delivered against a signature.
As the product is fragile and cannot be repackaged, we do not accept returns from customers in case of “change of mind”. If the product is damaged upon delivery, we will reship the same model to the customer once it has been returned to us, after acceptation by La Jonx of the return (customer needs to wait for our approval before to send the product back). A pre-paid return label will be provided to the customer to return the damaged products to us within 48 hours of their claim.

The new product will be sent within 48 hours of receiving the returned product, the delivery time will be 1 to 2 working days as indicated by the Swiss Post.
