Products are packed and shipped within the week (1-5 days) following your order, and sent nationally (Switzerland) with the Swiss Post (1-2 business day shipping time). If you need any quicker shipping delay (for a birthday, etc), we invite you to directly contact us ([email protected]) so we can figure out a way to ship it faster.
In case of delay in shipping, an email may be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated. The delivery times indicated on the site are given on the basis of the times usually observed. In case of force majeure (notably the COVID-19 crisis this year) delays may be incurred. The Jonx is not responsible for these delays beyond its control.
La Jonx guarantees a refund ou a new shipping of your order if it is not delivered within 60 days from the date of the order. The Swiss Post has to be informed by the customer about the lost package before requesting a new order shipping or a refund.
Cost of shipping is at the charge of customer. Normal shipping costs 8.5 CHF, and all packages are delivered for a signature.
In case of absence and return of the command to our workshop by the post, client will be charged for the new expedition.
We do ship abroad, however, we inform that all potential custom fees should be taken in charge by the client.
Since the product is fragile and cannot be repacked, we do not accept returns from customers in the case of “change of mind”. In case of damaged product at delivery, we will resend the same model to the customer once he sends it back to us. A pre-paid return label will be provided to the customer to send back damaged products to us within 48hours after his claim.

The new product will be sent within 48hours after reception of the returned product, shipping delay will be 1-2 business days as stated by the Swiss Post.
