General terms and conditions
Article 1 – Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all purchases made on the www.la-jonx.ch website , published by La Jonx Suisse Sàrl, Rue des Rois 17, 1204 Geneva (hereinafter “La Jonx”). By validating an order, the purchaser (hereinafter “the Customer”) accepts these GTS without reservation.
Article 2 – Prices
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are indicated separately during checkout.
La Jonx reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is that in force at the time the order is validated by the Customer.
Designs and illustrations remain the exclusive intellectual property of La Jonx. The purchase of a product grants the customer the right to personal, non-commercial use of the illustration reproduced on the product.
Article 3 – Orders
Orders are placed exclusively via the www.la-jonx.ch website . An order confirmation is sent by e-mail as soon as payment has been confirmed. This confirmation constitutes final acceptance of the order by La Jonx.
La Jonx reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of stock shortage, erroneous data or suspected fraud. The customer will be informed by e-mail and reimbursed in full as soon as possible.
Article 4 – Payment
Payment is due when the order is placed. Transactions are secured via Stripe. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and cash on delivery, subject to availability.
Payment is debited when the order is dispatched. In the case of split orders, only items shipped are debited.
Article 5 – Shipping and delivery times
Orders are prepared and dispatched via Swiss Post within 2 to 3 working days of order confirmation.
Specific deadlines :
- Posters 70×100 cm (print on demand): 7 to 10 additional working days
- Products out of stock: 7 to 10 working days
- International deliveries: 7 to 10 days depending on destination
Delivery times are given as an indication, based on the usual delivery times. La Jonx cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, postal strike, bad weather, etc.).
Article 6 – Shipping costs

In the event of a no-show on delivery or an incorrect address leading to the return of the parcel to the workshop, the cost of re-shipment (CHF 14) will be charged to the customer.
For orders delivered outside Switzerland, any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by La Jonx.
Article 7 – Returns and replacements
La Jonx offers a returns service for products sold online, within 15 days of delivery.
Procedure:
- Contact us at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging.
- Return the product after receiving our approval
- The replacement product or refund will be made after control, upon receipt of the product.
Article 8 – Undelivered or lost parcels
In the event of non-delivery, the customer must file a complaint with Swiss Post and request a search. The tracking slip is proof of shipment.
If the order is not delivered within the following timeframe, La Jonx will offer a full refund or a new shipment:
- 30 days for deliveries within Switzerland
- 60 days for international deliveries
These deadlines run from the order date. The complaint to La Poste must be initiated by the customer before any request for reimbursement or reshipment.
Article 9 – Product availability
Products are offered while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after validation of the order, the Customer is informed by e-mail. The order will be cancelled and no charge will be made, or a full refund will be issued if payment has already been processed.
Article 10 – Intellectual property
All visual creations on the www.la-jonx.ch website – illustrations, posters, graphics, photographs and texts – are protected by copyright in accordance with the Swiss Federal Copyright Act (LDA). Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the express authorization of La Jonx is strictly prohibited.
The penalties for unauthorized use are as follows:
- Unlicensed public display (offices, commercial spaces, etc.): CHF 3,000 per work and per location
- Unauthorized reproduction and distribution: CHF 5,000 per work and per batch of 100 copies
- Unauthorized online use: CHF 2,500 per work per month of use
La Jonx reserves the right to take legal action to enforce its rights.
Article 11 – Personal data
La Jonx collects the personal data required to process orders (name, address, e-mail). This data is used exclusively for order management and communication purposes related to your purchase. It is not sold to third parties.
In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA), you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by contacting us at [email protected].
Article 12 – Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 13 – Modification of the GCS
La Jonx reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The terms and conditions applicable are those in force at the date of the order. Modifications are published on the website with their effective date.
